I quietly limited the effect of cannon arashi a few weeks ago when I made the 0->1 change.
I feel it has become more comfortable since then.

The cannon arashi from now will be limited to the threads that introduce BBS_ACORN using the !extend function, or on boards that have BBS_ACORN temporarily enabled due to an influx of comment flooding.
I suppose this board will continue to have cannon arashi too.

I like the ability of many hunters getting together to put a 臭い mark on trolls.
We might find a way to continue to enable [臭] via the cannon even on boards without BBS_ACORN.
Lets see.

as long as you don't penalize them.

Could you penalize them when you have a time?
Penalty means, for example, stopping the cannon arashi to shoot for a certain period,
if you have judged the reported hunter a cannon arashi.
