骨盤矯正より骨骨矯正した方がいいと思うんだけど。
自分は姿勢が良くないんだけど、
骨骨ベルト付けると姿勢がよくなる。
胸下からお腹上に巻くやつ。
花柄とかにすれば
手軽に巻いて過ごせるし、腹巻きみたいにモコモコした生地にすればスーパー行く時もそのまま出掛けられる。
