これらのモートデバイスの長さスケール（線形寸法が600μm未満）では、

無線周波数またはミリ波電磁エネルギーへの効率的な結合は不可能です。
600μmというのは筋肉注射に使う針の内径の2倍の大きさだし、
Bluetoothで使う周波数は2.4GHzでまさにこの波長域に該当するね。
