私が知りたいのは記者がスレッドを立てた時点で「誰でもすべてを見ることが出来たか出来なかったか」ということです。
記者がスレッドを立てた後、時々ニュースソースが非公開になることがあります。
そのような時にはキャップを剥奪しません。
なのでスレッドの>>.1にこれを書いてください。
それがあると私は助かります。
このように.....
“私がスレッドを立てた時点では全文閲覧出来ました。”
記事が公開されていたのか非公開だったのか私が勘違いしないよう。
