Currently, the time it takes for a poster to make their first post is determined by their level, and their level increases over time. Is it possible to change this so that the time interval until the next post varies depending on the poster's level?

Once you reach the required level, unlimited posting is not effective against landfill vandals.

The live chat board has many users, so it's fine to keep the posting interval short. What about limiting it to specialized boards with a set theme, and changing it according to the momentum of that board? Spammers usually target boards and times with few people.
