In addition to the issue in >>770 the water attribute special effect still has a fatal flaw in that the effect is "permanent."
The introduction of [Haste] has alleviated this somewhat, but it is not a fundamental solution.
This problem needs to be solved at the same time as making the effect more powerful.
If it is not solved, it is clear that we will see frequent deadlocks after 100 turns, as before.
I would like to see improvements such as the effect disappearing after a certain number of turns, for example.
