1．回収は誰がどのようにするのか
2．回収費用はどこから出すのか
3．正規ライセンスサイトかどうかをどう判断するか

すげえ偏向してるけど、すげえ寄与もしてるアフィサイトとかでてきたら面白い

Hottolink(galabuzz) is whitelisted on BBON. As far as I know.
They are banned sometimes and Hiroyuki adds whitelist for them.
確かホットリンクはバーボンハウスにひっかからないような設定がされていたはず。

now. I think it is disabled on most boards currently.
The idea is that Ronin users will be able
to vote as a full citizen whether to put
the image authentication on a board or not.
It should only be used during times of trouble.
Since it surely is inconvenient.

Many users will come back to 2ch if you disable the restrictions.
