Reply to this fundamental question first.

What is the basis you insisted on which you kept to yourself the head-injured patient suspected of cerebral hemorrhage for as long as five days without any neuro-imaging?

You told there existed the basis, and emphasised that it was an enlightening case which you'd like to present to young judo therapists.
There must be the definite basis you esteemed.
Just tell us what it's like.

Any doctor will feel ashamed for failing to detect earlier
when his patient turns out to have other disease than the doctor had thought of.
The more fatal the disease, say cerebral hemorrhage , the more ashamed the doctor.

It is unlikely that the head-injured patient got convinced and assented when he was told that he was suspected of having cerebral hemorrhage and would be consulted to neurosurgeon five days later.

Given no reply to the above fundamental question,
you seem to have no basis no matter personal or objective.

Which is the actual case?

(1)You thought of cerebral hemorrhage, but there was no convincing basis that directed you to defer the transfer of the patient to neurosugeon till fifth day.

(2)You never thought of cerebral hemorrhage on the very first day, and it is not true that you had the basis.
