埼玉県戸田市では、市内医療機関による個別接種について、1回目の接種を10月31日をもって原則終了します。
2回目の接種は、1回目を接種した医療機関で引き続き実施します。

11月以降の対応

新たに12歳に達する方や2回目接種を終えていない方などへの対応として、市内の3医療機関（戸田市立市民医療センター、中島病院、ふくだ内科）に集約して規模を大幅に縮小し、接種を継続していきます。

・9月25日現在の1回目の接種率が対象者の７３.６４％に達しており市民への接種が順調に進捗

Today, I am quite surprised to hear Japanese people say that the pictogram was invented in Japan when the Tokyo Olympics were held in 1964. Never had I been so perplexed.
