Shrine activated with prototype bombing refreshes the mana pool when the gem's mana value is consumed,
and shows a warning if there's not enough mana
Fixed: Spiritforge-controlled towers didn't upgrade their gems if there wasn't enough mana
Also, Spf-towers' upgrades at wave starts discarded the player's selected spells
Fixed: The vfx around the socketed GoE when casting a WoE spell at field X5 was displaced
The GUI-locking Forgotten appearance leaves the time speed as it is (instead of the former 1x),
and sets it to 1x only if it's paused
Save slots say 'Loading...' until the server's response arrives (to avoid overwriting a supposedly missing saved game by starting a new one)

Fixed: Shrine activated with prototype bombing subtracted the mana but didn't activate if mana was between 1x and 2x of the gem's value.
Shrine rapid bombing infobox now shows the highlighted inventory gem's details.
Fixed exploit: A shadow left alive with only traps on the field generated infinite mana and xp via spawnlings. Spawnlings now give 0 xp and minimal mana, and get slightly more hp over generations.
Fixed: fragments acquired in endurance could have rarity levels lower than than the minimum stated at the battle traits panel. (sorry Everyone!)
Fixed: when continuing in endurance with battle traits set before battle, the endurance initial wave number ignored the traits wave increment.
