そんな肩書きの弁護士いらん。ただでもロースクールあがりの
弁護士が大勢輩出されるってのに。税理士の受験科目に憲法と民法
ないだろ。とっとと消化。

おれ税理士試験受けてるけど、税務弁護士って無理があると思う。
会計士と融合して合格率３０％くらいにしたらいいんじゃないかな

考えが甘いね。税理士資格取れれば就職OKくらいに思ってるでしょ？
実際は、３０歳で実務経験ないやつなんてどこも雇ってくれんよ。
まだ免除なしで５科目自力でとれればかろうじてどっかの
会計事務所くらい入れるだろうけど、免除使う時点でもうだめ。
だって免除したら実務をこなす知識がなからね。コネがあるやつのみ
やる価値がある。それ以外のやつはやめとけ

特定のOB(元訟務官、審判官)だけでしょ。
試験合格者＝未経験者が出来るとは思えない。

「税理士と会計士は違います」を斬る
会計士の半分は独立開業して９８％税理士収入に依存している。
２％は幼稚園監査とか私立女子高監査とかでしょう。
残り半分の会計士は監査法人でサラリーマン。
代表社員や社員になれない者は税理士登録して独立開業となる。
監査法人によっては個人で税理士しても良いところもある。小遣い稼ぎ
してる会計士も多いでしょう。
監査法人ができたのは、山陽特殊鋼事件が契機となっている。不正な監査が行われ
たため、複数の会計士に監査させるようにした。
