両手バックの人にもナダル(は右手ですが)のように左手でイースタンに持つ人もいるから握り替えをしたくないというのもわからないではないですが，片手の人も握り替えているので難しくはないはずです。
両手バックの一番多いタイプは左手はコンチで握るので，スライスへの移行は比較的容易です。
一般人はスライスはコンチがいいのはボレーと感覚が同じになるから絶対必要。
特に距離感が重要なショットだし，ボレーやハーフボレーの練習と切り分ける理由がないと思う。
