自分が買う米もかなり上がっててびっくりしました。
来年も上がるみたいに言われてるみたいで、嫌ですね。
糖尿病なので玄米に固執してます。
貧しくても、米と卵だけは安いからそういうのを食べていればいい
と思ってたら、卵が上がり、米も上がりで辛いですね。
