結果的に勝てれば防衛軍隊として成功、それまでは勝てるかどうか分からないようにしておけば良いとか考えてないか？
それは違うぞ。
戦争すれば必ず勝つ。
そういう安心感を日本国民に与えないと駄目。そうすることで、日本は海外で活動が用意になる。
日本に噛みついたら酷い目に会う。
そういう恐怖心を相手国民に与えるくらいの圧倒的な軍事科学技術の格差を見せつけておくことが、日本人の対外活動を円滑化するんだよ。
色んな外交交渉場面でも軍事的に優勢であることは、有利に働く。
有利な条約、有利な世界標準(笑)を押し付けて、有利に金儲けできる環境つくれるんだよ。

先日、二回目になるが例の浮浪者の親父と川原の土手でひさしぶりに会ったんや。
高架の下で道路からは見えないとこなんで、
2人で真っ裸になりちんぽを舐めあってからわしが持って来た、
いちぢく浣腸をお互いに入れあったんや。
しばらく我慢していたら2人とも腹がぐるぐると言い出して６９になり
お互いにけつの穴を舐めあっていたんだが、
わしもおっさんも我慢の限界が近づいているみたいで、
けつの穴がひくひくして来たんや。おっさんがわしのちんぽを舐めながら
ああ＾〜もう糞が出るう〜〜と言うまもなく、わしの顔にどば〜っと糞が流れこんできた、
