なんども高校生レベルの質問をしてすいませんでした 参考書だけ読んでも
接続詞のas の用法で、どうも「様態のas」の目的語の要/不要に関して
詳しく書いていないので、ここで教えをいただいておりました
As the store manager said before, communication skills are very important.
上記のように、様態のasは as節の中では一般に動詞の目的語は省略されるものだが、
As the weather forecast had said it would snow in the evening, it started to snow,
のように具体性を要する場合は「目的語が省略されないこともある」という理解でよいということですね
