問題点
・削除ボランティア全員が利用者から信頼をなくす
・そういった問題を多く起こす人間なのに、上しか知らなければ
問題行動を起こすボランティアにどういう処罰をしたのかも分からないままうやむやになる
といった具合に書いた方が良いんじゃないの
