Professional art historians are available to provide guided Museum tours for groups of up
to twenty-five people. Highlights tours, tours of special exhibitions, and tours in foreign
languages may be scheduled for one hour. Tours lasting more than one hour in duration
can be arranged for an additional fee.
Reservations must be made by phone at least two weeks prior to the visits. Only groups of
ten or more people are eligible for the group rates. A 50% deposit is required upon
making the reservation by credit card. The balance must be settled upon arrival and in
advance of services rendered. ①It may be paid by cash or credit card.
Museum Group Services must be notified in writing of ② as well as decreases in
the number of guided participants no less than two weeks prior to an appointment in

Embarkation/Disembarkation
The ship generally will be available for embarkation four hours before the scheduled
sailing time. ⑤ tolimited facilities, guests should not arrive earlier than the
embarkation time noted on final documents. On disembarkation day, staterooms must be
vacated at the time advised by the Hotel Manager. Once customs and immigration
clearance has been completed, guests making their own air arrangements should allow
three to four hours for transfer time to the airport.
Deposits
A 25% deposit is required within seven days of reservation or sooner. Staterooms are
⑥ tocancellation if required deposit amount is not received within the specified
period.
Payment
Full payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to sailing. All reservations may
be cancelled if payments are not received by the ⑦ date, and are guaranteed only
when paid in full at 90 days prior to sailing. Reservations made between 89 and 31 days of
sailing require full payment within 24 hours of booking. Reservations made within 30 days
of sailing require full payment at time of booking.
